It should be under the seat or the carpet from what I can tell. But airbag codes are normally wiring or just pop up. Was the carpet ever flooded with a water leak? Maybe try clearing the code and see if it comes back.
Skoda has a few paint code locations within the boot area. Check under the boot lid, inside the rear compartment, under the mat, or on the spare tire wheel well.
